Are you ready to make lifestyle changes to lose weight?

According to the TTM model developed by James O. Prochaska and his colleagues at the University of Rhode Island, there are various stages of readiness which are all important for developing any kind of lifestyle change. We all go through each stage at one time or another when creating any kind of change in our lives. They are all equally important.

Others (friends, family, doctor) want me to lose weight but losing weight isn’t that important to me.
